Created for the Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival, Golden Whispers takes a delicious detour from tradition—drawing on the depth and ritual of classic Belgian café hot chocolate, reimagined in white.
Silky Callebaut Belgian white chocolate meets fresh Avalon Dairy milk, Ugandan vanilla, cream cheese, and a swirl of caramel for a drink that’s rich, smooth, and distinctly deep. It’s topped with homemade whipped cream, a caramel drizzle, and a crumble of spiced Biscoff biscuit.
On the side, a Biscoff caramelized shortbread cookie sandwich filled with our Vanilla Bean gelato. Hot meets cold. Crisp meets creamy. A familiar beverage, delectably reworked.
