Gelato 101

Want to be a “cone-noisseur” of all things gelato? Give our gelato-making class a try! We are offering a 1.5-hour course Thursday evenings (and due to popular demand we’ve added some additional Wednesday evenings), from October through the end of February at our Kitsilano location. 

Our entertaining and tasty classes are seasonally themed and are designed for “cone-noisseurs” and beginners alike, no experience needed! Includes at least 10 gelato/sorbetto samples, a cup or cone of choice to enjoy at the class, and you take home a pint of gelato/sorbetto that you made that night. Our experiential seminar is limited to just 6 people to ensure safe social distancing.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS: To ensure everyone’s health and well-being, please bring a mask, which you will be required to wear during the gelato / sorbetto making component of the class. Disposable gloves will be provided.
