Inspired by the spirit of the games, our new Yogurt with Orange Swirl gelato starts with Avalon Dairy milk and cream, lightly sweetened with organic cane sugar, then blended with Olympic Dairy Krema Yogurt. Made in Delta, BC, with milk from grass fed Olympic cows, this thick, Balkan-style yogurt brings a tangy, creamy richness that feels clean, focused, and deeply satisfying.
Running through the yogurt base is a bright orange ripple sauce from Italy—fresh, citrusy, and full of lift. It cuts through the cream with just enough zing to keep things lively, like a perfectly timed burst of energy.
The result is a gelato that’s balanced and refreshing, creamy without being heavy, tangy without being sharp.
