Our newest gelato, Arequipe con Café, is a celebration of flavour, craft, and story. Hand-churned by our maestro Andrés Bermudez, this dulce de leche-inspired gelato blends silky Fior di Latte, made with Avalon Dairy milk and cream and lightly sweetened with organic cane sugar, with golden, caramel-like arequipe con café from Café Quindio.
This is more than gelato—it’s a small-batch homage to Colombian tradition and the joy of experiencing something special with others. Andrés says it best, “What I love most about what I do is honouring ingredients with soul and turning them into something meant to be shared.”
