We’re now open at Junction Public Market — our third waterfront location in Vancouver! Set among a community of local makers and food artisans, this seasonal pop-up brings our small-batch, from-scratch gelato to the harbour, just steps from the water.
We’re opening with three exclusive flavours:
- Dulce de Leche gelato made with Argentinian San Ignacio and Avalon Dairy milk and cream from the Fraser Valley — rich and deeply caramelized.
- Blue Vanilla gelato made with Ugandan vanilla beans, Avalon Dairy milk and cream, and naturally coloured with butterfly pea flower.
- Mango Passion Fruit sorbetto featuring mangoes from Mexico and passion fruit from Colombia — bright, tangy, and refreshing.
Alongside these, you’ll find a selection of our long-time favourites — all crafted with natural ingredients and a focus on flavour at its peak. Our new hours:
- Sun. to Thurs.: 11am – 8pm
- Fri. & Sat.: 11am – 9pm
- Closed Mondays
