This spring, we’re opening a new seasonal location in downtown Vancouver at Junction Public Market on April 30 — our third waterfront location in the city.
Set along Granville Square, this summer pop-up brings our small-batch, from-scratch artisan gelato and sorbetto to the waterfront, with a rotating lineup of seasonal flavours and exclusive creations –passionfruit, Uganda vanilla, and dragon fruit — made just for this location.
Opening day comes with a little extra sweetness — the first 100 scoops are on us.
“Being on the waterfront has always been special for us,” says maestro Andrés Bermúdez. “This new location is another way to connect with people in those moments of summer — by the seawall, exploring the city, and discovering something memorable.”
With Earth Day here, it’s also a moment to reflect on what shapes our artisanal gelato and sorbetto — close relationships with local farmers, seasonal ingredients at their peak, and a respect for where everything begins.
