Made from scratch here in Vancouver, our Baileys Irish Coffee gelato has fresh milk and cream from Avalon Dairy in the Fraser Valley, organic cane sugar, bold Lavazza espresso, and a splash of Baileys Irish Cream (the legendary liqueur made with fresh dairy from small family farms in Ireland — home to the famously well-treated “Baileys Ladies”). This adult gelato is creamy, coffee-forward, and mischievously festive.
Available now at our Kitsilano gelateria or for delivery. But here’s the catch: only two batches will be made. Like a leprechaun at the end of the rainbow, once it’s gone… it’s gone.
