Inspired by the bold espresso culture of Italy, this latest creation from maestro Andrés transforms the unmistakable flavour of moka coffee into a smooth, creamy artisan gelato. Rich, roasted, and deeply comforting, it’s made for coffee lovers who believe dessert should come with a little intensity.
We start with fresh milk and cream from Avalon Dairy, then blend in concentrated Lavazza espresso for that unmistakably Italian coffee character — bold, aromatic, and gently bittersweet. Organic cane sugar brings balance, while a touch of sea salt rounds everything out.
The result is a velvety gelato with notes of dark roast coffee, caramel sweetness, and a smooth finish that lingers like the last sip of a perfect cappuccino.
