Our Chocolate Brownie Gelato starts with a rich, velvety chocolate base made from Dutch cocoa powder (22/24), blended with fresh Avalon Dairy milk and cream for a smooth, creamy finish. Organic cane sugar and a touch of Canadian maple syrup bring a gentle sweetness.
Then come the brownies. Soft, fudgy two-bite brownie pieces folded throughout every batch, so every scoop has that baked-in, just-out-of-the-oven feel. A swirl of caramel sauce runs through it, like the best part of the pan.
