Our new Mango Passionfruit sorbetto is made from scratch the Italian way — fruit first, nothing unnecessary.
Inspired by classic gelato alla frutta from Sicily, Calabria, and Puglia, this refreshing sorbetto celebrates how fruit-forward sorbetto is meant to be: simple, seasonal, and intensely flavoured. We use Mexican Ataulfo mangoes for their golden sweetness and silky texture, paired with Colombian passion fruit for a bright, tangy burst.
Blended with organic cane sugar and water, it’s crafted in small batches here in Vancouver for a vibrant and all natural vegan and gluten free treat.
