Inspired by Japanese flavours, this modern twist on a timeless treat reflects our artisan approach to gelato making, with carefully selected ingredients and small-batch craftsmanship. We bring together roasted black sesame seeds from Kuki Sesame and fresh milk and cream from Avalon Dairy. Activated coconut charcoal gives it a velvety-smooth texture, while organic cane sugar adds just the right touch of sweetness. A swirl of tangy Italian raspberry sauce finishes every scoop with a bright, fruity contrast.
