Maestro Andrés has taken the traditional flavours of tiramisu — intense Lavazza espresso, rich mascarpone, cocoa powder, and delicate savoiardi (ladyfingers) — and combined them with fresh cream and organic milk from the Fraser Valley’s Avalon Dairy. Crafted in small batches at our Kitsilano gelateria, this elegant and timeless gelato tastes like a little spoonful of Italy.
