Created exclusively for Koolfest 2026, Pesca Veneziana is our refreshing twist on the classic Venetian Bellini.
It starts with a generous scoop of our handcrafted Okanagan Peach sorbetto, made with ripe Okanagan peaches. It’s floated in Aelo’s Vancouver-crafted non-alcoholic Peach Bellini, then finished with a splash of coconut cream and a delicate drizzle of Quebec maple syrup.
Bright, bubbly and refreshingly light, Pesca Veneziana is dairy-free, vegan and gluten-friendly—the perfect way to cool down on a warm summer day.
