Want to be a true cone-noisseur of all things gelato? Our artisanal Gelato 101 classes are back for a brand-new season — and this fall’s lineup is extra delicious.
Each 1.5-hour session (6–7:30 pm at our Kitsilano location) gives you a hands-on, behind-the-scenes look at how authentic gelato is made. You’ll sample 10 different flavours, enjoy a cup or cone during class, and take home two pints — one gelato and one sorbetto crafted by you. With just 6 spots available per class, these intimate evenings are equal parts educational, entertaining, and indulgent.
