For this year’s Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival (January 17–February 14), our maestro Andrés Bermudez invites you into a rich, velvety love story.
Red Velvet Affair begins with 70% Fleur de Cao dark chocolate, gently melted with Avalon Dairy milk from the Fraser Valley and fragrant Uganda vanilla. A splash of local Township 7 Vineyards & Winery Merlot adds depth, unfolding with dark fruit notes and a lingering warmth that carries through every sip.
Finished with our house-made whipped cream, then lightly dusted with blackberry powder and Vancouver Island smoked sea salt.
Served alongside a crisp artisan cracker topped with cranberry goat cheese, because every great affair deserves a little temptation on the side.
