Enjoy a fun and delicious evening learning how we make our artisan gelato and sorbetto! Due to popularity with January and February selling out, we’ve added more Gelato 101 classes this February and March. Our entertaining and tasty classes are seasonally themed and are designed for “cone-noisseurs” and beginners alike, February’s themes are No sugar added Hazelnut gelato and a Blood Orange sorbetto. March’s themes are Mango Chocolate Chili gelato and Mango & Pineapple sorbetto.
Includes 10 gelato/sorbetto samples, a cup or cone of choice to enjoy at the class, and you take home a pint each of the gelato and sorbetto that you made that night. These experiential seminars are limited to just 6 people and offer a behind the scenes chance to see how gelato and sorbetto are made.
