Our maestro Andrés Bermúdez starts with homemade pumpkin purée, crafted from Fraser Valley sugar pumpkins roasted to perfection. Then we blend in a cozy mix of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg, plus a touch of Vancouver Island Sea Salt to balance the sweetness. Finally, caramelized pecans are folded in for a buttery, golden crunch that takes every bite to the next level.
It’s smooth, spiced, and perfectly autumnal — like pumpkin pie, reimagined the Uno Gelato way.
