We are celebrating Italy’s traditional Ferragosto National Holiday with a new Bologna inspired flavour — Chocolate Amarena Cherry gelato. This past weekend, kicked off the height of the Italian vacation season, and for many of us in B.C. the last few weeks of summer holidays. What better way to while away the time with our gelato al Cioccolato e Amarena!
This healthy, yet ever so decadent, gelato is made with wholesome cream and organic milk from the Fraser Valley, Dutch 63% cocoa powder and Italian Amarena cherries from Bologna. Life is a bowl of cherries!
