We’re doubly blessed this time of year to enjoy local blackberries and blueberries. Our maestro has churned a seasonal treat for August, our sweetly tart Black and Blue sorbetto, which is loaded with freshly picked, Fraser Valley blackberries and Ladner blueberries.
Powered by nature in Super Natural British Columbia, this vibrant and fruity sorbetto is naturally vegan. The blueberries are grown by fifth generation farmers, Kevin and Joanne’s Westham Island Century Farm in Ladner, which has been in their family for 135 years. The blackberries are also from a family owned and operated farm, run by Avtar Sandhum, who has been farming since the early 1970’s in Abbotsford.
