Our maestro has crafted freshly churned “Irish Coffee”, available at our Kitsilano and Vancouver Convention Centre gelaterias. Inspired by the cocktail, this rich and creamy gelato is made with Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur, Lavazza coffee, local organic milk and cream from Avalon Dairy, and a touch of organic cane sugar. A sweet taste of Dublin in BC!
