Blended with fresh milk and cream from Avalon Dairy, organic cane sugar, and naturally coloured butterfly pea flower, Blue Vanilla is silky, floral, and strikingly blue — without artificial colours or additives.
Handcrafted in small batches here in Vancouver, it’s a flavour that feels both familiar and entirely new: rich vanilla warmth with a bright summer twist inspired by the waterfront season.
