For this year’s Vancouver Ice Cream Festival, we’ve created two artisan sundaes that couldn’t be more deliciously different, but both are unmistakably Uno—handcrafted from scratch with all natural ingredients using the same care and craftsmanship that goes into every gelato and sorbetto we make.
- Summer Sundae – a tropical escape layered with toasted coconut, bright mango sorbetto, caramel, and creamy coconut sorbetto, finished with mango sauce and more toasted coconut. It’s sunny, refreshing, and entirely vegan.
- Vivid Vancouver Sundae – celebrates the colour and energy of our city with seven playful layers: chocolate-hazelnut sauce, pistachio gelato, Biscoff crumbs, strawberry sorbetto, pistachio sauce and kataifi, blue vanilla gelato, and a final dusting of pistachio.
Available for the Festival at our False Creek, Kitsilano and Junction Public Market gelaterias now through August 3, only $15 each.
