It’s June and strawberry season! Our maestro has crafted a delicious, seasonal sorbetto and gelato with farm fresh strawberries grown on a local Abbotsford farm by fourth generation family famers J.K. Agro.
To these naturally sweet and juicy berries, for the gelato we’ve churned in Fraser Valley cream and organic milk from Avalon Dairy, and a touch of pure maple syrup from Quebec. For the sorbetto, we added just squeezed Mexican limes for a gluten free, vegan, and ever so cool summer treat.
