Each month features two delectable flavours, hand-picked by our maestro, Andres Bermudez.
April’s Gelato 101 Flavours:
- Mini Eggs Gelato – A playful twist on an Easter favourite, featuring creamy chocolate gelato made with Guittard’s black cocoa and Bensdorp pure Dutch cocoa, studded with pastel Cadbury Mini Eggs.
- Virgin Piña Colada Sorbetto – A tropical delight with fresh pineapple and coconut that whisks you away to a beachy paradise—no passport required!
May’s Gelato 101 Flavours:
- Banana Bread Gelato – A rich and comforting treat made with organic bananas and vegan banana bread from Erin Ireland’s To Live For Fine Foods.
- Guava Sorbetto – A vibrant, refreshing sorbetto bursting with the fragrant sweetness of pink Mexican guavas.
