CHAMPURRADO A LA UNO – not your typical hot chocolate, this creamy, thick chocolate drink from Mexico is rustic, earthy and complex – the result of its unique ingredients: masa harina, piloncillo and authentic Mexican chocolate, along with local Avalon Dairy organic milk. Served with a mini pistachio cannoli filled with our famous Salted Caramel gelato.
ROYAL MIDNIGHT FLOAT – a vegan delight, our Midnight Chocolate Sorbetto is taken to a new level! We’re making an aromatic version of our chocolate sorbetto, crafted with the best artisanal chocolatiers (Guittard’s black cocoa with 99% cocoa from Valhrona and non-alkalined cocoa from Venezuela), as well as Earl Grey tea and lavender infused water. A scoop of this special sorbetto is drowned in vanilla rice milk. Finally, all of this chocolatey goodness is topped with caramelized, shaved almonds. Enjoy it with a mini vegan lemon loaf. Creamy, dreamy, and no dairy — guaranteed to float your boat!
