Our maestro has blended in local Avalon Dairy organic milk, Dutch cocoa, pure maple syrup from la belle province Quebec, and a pinch of the Canadian Pacific – maple smoked sea salt from Vancouver Island Salt Co. Velvety smooth and rich, the perfect balance of savoury and sweetly Canadian.
