With autumn rapidly approaching, we’ve crafted a rich and creamy recipe, fabulous for cozying up this fall. A special “burnt” version of our salted caramel gelato, has a rich smoky-sweet taste with a delightful intensity. Homemade by our maestro from his nonna’s recipe, we’ve churned in Fraser Valley cream and organic milk from Avalon Dairy, organic cane sugar and pinch of local Vancouver Island sea salt to add a little kick to balance the sugar. Burnt Caramel gelato — so smooth and deliciously bittersweet!
