Our popular Gelato 101 classes are continuing into the new year! We’ve added brand-new January–March sessions at our Kitsilano shop.
In this 1.5-hour, hands-on class, you’ll sample 10 flavours, enjoy a cup or cone during the session, and take home two pints of the gelato and sorbetto you helped create. Fun, beginner-friendly, and limited to six guests, it’s your chance to peek behind the scenes of our small-batch craft.

- January: Hojicha (green tea) Caramel Gelato + Yuzu Tahini Kuromitsu (black honey) Sorbetto
- February: Yogurt Orange Swirl Gelato + Blood Orange Cardamon Sorbetto
- March: Guava & Cheese Gelato + Avocado Sorbetto
