Our popular Gelato 101 classes return this fall, giving you the chance to go behind the scenes at our Kitsilano gelateria and get hands-on with the art of making small-batch gelato and sorbetto. You’ll sample 10 flavours, enjoy a cup or cone during the class, and make your own gelato and sorbetto to take home—two pints in total! With just six guests per class, it’s an intimate experience where you’ll have plenty of opportunity to learn, ask questions and get involved.
