Gelato 101

Want to be a “cone-noisseur” of all things gelato? Give our gelato-making class a try! We offer 1.5-hour courses Wednesday and Thursday evenings from October through the end of March from 7 pm to approximately 8:30 pm at our Kitsilano location. (We also offer private sessions, please inquire about availability.)

Our entertaining and tasty classes are seasonally themed* and are designed for “cone-noisseurs” and beginners alike, no experience needed! Includes10 gelato/sorbetto samples, a cup or cone of choice to enjoy at the class, and you take home a pint each of the gelato and sorbetto that you made that night. Our experiential seminar is limited to just 6 people to ensure safe social distancing.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS: In compliance with the Provincial Health Authority, participants must show their COVID-19 Vaccine Card along with ID.  In addition, please bring a mask, which you will be required to wear during the gelato / sorbetto making component of the class. Disposable gloves will be provided. And of course, if you are unwell, traveled out of country in the past 14 days, or are residing with someone in self isolation, please contact us to reschedule and do not visit us.
