The Dubai Chocolate Stick combines our rich chocolate gelato, made with Avalon Dairy milk and cream and natural cocoa, a crispy kataifi centre, white and dark Callebaut chocolate, and a generous dusting of pistachio. Creamy, crunchy and utterly delicious, it’s our West Coast take on this beloved Middle Eastern-inspired treat.
