A boozy combo of decadent Michel Cluizel Vanuari Noir 63% dark chocolate, smooth Jim Bean Kentucky Bourbon, sweet Cointreau, pure Canadian maple syrup and a touch of Vancouver Island sea salt. An exquisite balance of flavours topped with coconut whipped cream and a citrus orange zest drizzle. This delectable drink is paired with our salted caramel gelato macaron. (Our most popular gelato flavour wrapped between two delicate almond flavoured shells by local pâtisserie, Gourmand Macaron.)
Larger and more creative than ever, The GVR Hot Chocolate Festival features our region’s best chocolatiers, pastry shops, bakeries, cafes, gelaterias, and ice cream makers — all joining forces to make hot chocolate hotter than it has ever been before.
