This summer, score one of our new handcrafted gelato and sorbetto sticks inspired by the three host nations of the World Cup.
Handmade by our maestro right here in Vancouver, each Uno Gelato stick is crafted from scratch and poured into molds without adding air, creating a dense and intensely flavoured gelato or sorbetto. Once frozen, every stick is hand-finished with its signature coating.
- True North – Made with fresh Abbotsford strawberries, water, and organic cane sugar, then coated in premium Zephyr 32% white chocolate from Callebaut. Bright, fruity, and proudly Canadian.
- Lone Star – Churned with fresh Avalon Dairy milk and cream, roasted and candied Texas pecans, then finished with a crisp coating of premium Callebaut Fleur de Cao 72% dark chocolate for a rich, crunchy, bittersweet treat.
- El Tri – A refreshing sorbetto crafted with Mexican Ataulfo mangos, organic cane sugar and finished with tangy chamoy and a dusting of Tajín for the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and savoury.
