Crafted in small microbatches by our maestro, this delight features Disaronno Amaretto liquor, a timeless Italian original founded by the Reina family in the 1600s, hailing from Italy’s Lombardy region. We’ve blended in classic Amaretti cookies sourced directly from Forno Bonomi in Verona. And added the velvety bittersweet notes of Guittard’s premium black cocoa, along with the creamy goodness of B.C.’s Avalon Dairy organic milk and cream. This gelato is more than a treat, it’s a tapestry of flavours inspired by centuries of culinary artistry – a true Renaissance for your palate.
