We make it from scratch in small batches at our Kitsilano gelateria, starting with 100% Dutch cocoa and a splash of Grand Marnier, then rounding it out with local Avalon Dairy milk and cream, maple syrup, and fresh orange zest. Rich, chocolatey, citrus-kissed, and just a little bit indulgent.
It’s the kind of gelato you reach for after dinner. Or before. We don’t judge.
