Gelato 101 – White Star Gelato & Afroditta Sorbetto – Jan 15

Great for a girls night or date night, Uno Gelato 101 students will discover the sweet science of making gelato and sorbetto in the classic Italian method. Priced only $79.99 per person (plus taxes), it includes a sampler of over 10 gelato and sorbetto flavours during the workshop, a cup or cone of the flavour of your choice, along with a pint each of the gelato and sorbetto that you made that evening to take home.

January’s seasonal theme is a White Star gelato (with espresso, star anise and cardamon) Afroditta sorbetto (with blood oranges, almond and rose water).

NOTE: White Star gelato contains caffeine.
