Gelato 101 – Banana Bread Gelato & Midnight Chocolate Amarena Cherry Sorbetto – Feb 10

Great for a girls night or date night, Uno Gelato 101 students will discover the sweet science of making artisan gelato and sorbetto in the classic Italian method. Priced only $59 per person (plus taxes), it includes a sampler of over 10 gelato and sorbetto flavours during the workshop, a cup or cone of choice to enjoy at the class, and a pint of the gelato or sorbetto that you made that evening to take home.

February’s seasonal theme is Banana Bread gelato and Midnight Chocolate with Amarena Cherry sorbetto.
